Thu - July 4, '18 nothing doing all day. awfully hot. sleep most of the time. 16 of the fellows got passes but I wasn't lucky. this is a very poor camp. I went to the show this evening which was very good. go to bed about 10 o'clock. |
Fri - July 5, '18 been getting new clothes and things all day nothing much doing but to sleep all day. Sat - July 6, '18 recieved a letter from B__ today and answered it. nothing to do today. Went to N.Y. tonight took in all we could for the time we had. Weaver was with me. bought a kodak to take with me overseas. got back to camp at 4 o'clock, on K.P but didn't know it so I slept until 9 o'clock. |
